This consultant will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study examining the potential establishment of a regionalized professional fire department serving Woolwich Township, Logan Township, South Harrison Township, and the Borough of Swedesboro.

Participating Jurisdictions Information:

• Woolwich Township: 14,658 residents, 21.39 sq. miles
• Logan Township: 6,070 residents, 21.9 sq. miles
• South Harrison Township: 3,411 residents, 15.9 sq. miles
• Borough of Swedesboro: 2,741 residents, 0.7 sq. miles

Project Scope Summary:

• Population Served: 26,880 residents across four jurisdictions
• Geographic Area: 59.89 total square miles
• Study Duration: 6 months from contract award
• Project Start: upon award
