Special JLUB meeting at Kingsway Middle School

The Joint Land Use Board of Woolwich Township (“JLUB”) will conduct a Special Meeting on Thursday August 17, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Kingsway Regional Middle School, West Gymnasium, 203 Kings Hwy, Woolwich, New Jersey 08085.  The JLUB’s Agenda will include an application (PB#2023-01) from NVR Inc./Kings Meadow Residential Development for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, Preliminary and Final Subdivision, and other variances. Approval for the construction of a development on property known as Kings Hwy. and Asbury Station Rd, Woolwich Township, NJ 08085, designated as Block 18, Lots 4 & 6 and Block 22, Lots 2, 2.02 & 4.
