TOWNSHIP OF WOOLWICH CLOSE OUT MEETING
The Township Committee of the Township of Woolwich will conduct a 2025 close-out meeting on Monday, December 29, 2025 beginning at 1:00pm at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich Township, New Jersey. The purpose of this meeting is to complete and close-out business for the year 2025, including, but not limited to payment of all bills, adoption of resolutions and/or ordinances if required, and any other business which may come before the Committee. Action may be taken upon any matter discussed. Portions may or may not be closed to the public, dependent upon subject matter.
TOWNSHIP OF WOOLWICH REORGANIZATION MEETING
The Township Committee of the Township of Woolwich will hold a meeting on Monday, January 5, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich Township, New Jersey.
The agenda to the extent known for said meeting is as follows:
- Administration of Oaths to newly seated members of the Woolwich Township Committee
- Appointment of 2026 Mayor and Deputy Mayor
- Resolution setting 2026 meeting schedule
- Any other matter to come before the Committee Action may be taken upon any
Immediately following the Reorganization meeting the Township Committee of the Township of Woolwich will hold its regular Meeting on Monday, January 5, 2026, Immediately after the closing of the Reorganization Meeting at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich Township, New Jersey.

- Municipal Appointment of Professionals, Officials, Personnel, Boards and Committees
- Adoption of Temporary Budget
- Other Business as Necessary
